  This has been the most horrendous insurance company I have ever dealt with. It is now approaching 45 days since my claim was filed with them and I am still without my vehicle do to mistakes made by them. First of all, the agent assigned to me has taken two vacations in the span of this period of time, she sent the body shop a check under the incorrect name, and promises to fix things only to not be heard from for another week! Forget about trying to get them on the phone either. My Bodyshop has left several voicemails that have NEVER been returned. I am posting this as a warning to anyone else that has to deal with them , go through your own insurance first then have them deal with these incompetent people for you on your behalf. It is unacceptable that a car accident case for which their client is clearly at fault should take a span of almost 2 MONTHS to resolve !
