  RENT FROM A DEALERSHIP, LESS $$$ & MORE RELIABLE...
  
  I saw the Groupon for Top Speed Cycles, $300 worth of rentals for $165, on 2 December. I used the company website link to see what vehicles they had available to rent, these included many types of motorcycles and the Polaris Slingshot (a 3-wheeled, 2 seat vehicle.) The fine print on Groupon did not say anything about vehicle restrictions:
  
  “Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Appointment required, same day appointments accepted. Appointment required. Reservation required. Limit 1 per person 0 gifts. All goods or services must be used by the same person. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.”
  
  I purchased the voucher on 2 December and attempted to use the company’s online reservation webpage, it did not and as of writing this still does not work. I called them the next day, Saturday, 3 December, and was told that the Groupon cannot be used for the Polaris Slingshot. The man I spoke with said the Groupon listing was “old and needed to be updated.” Somewhat frustrated, I decided to rent 2 x motorcycles instead and was told to email them with my requirements. I sent the email less than 1 hour after the phone call.
  
  After 3 days with no reply of any kind I called again on December 6th. I spoke with the same man and he confirmed they had received my email and that they had 1ea 600cc and 1ea 1000cc sport bikes available from 2-3 January 2017. He stated that someone would contact me by the next day, they did not.
  
  10 December, after calling multiple times in the morning/afternoon, finally got an answer, said he was en route to the shop and would call in about 30 minutes…never did.
  
  13 December 2016, sent another email with a forwarded copy of original from 3 December requesting the company please reply so I could finish my travel plans for January.
  
  14 December 2016, called one last time at 1330hrs, no answer.
  
  This company appears to be using Groupon for advertising and additional revenue at low season/business times but not honoring the offer when they can make more money without it!
  
  DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT THE GROUPON/DISCOUNT SO MUCH AS THE WEEKS OF MY TIME WASTED WITH NO REPLIES...
