  I would like to give less than 1 star but can't do so. Today was the final straw. I arrived for my 1:10 appointment at 1 pm. Was called up at 1:15 only to be told that Dr. Abrams wasn't in today. The receptionist tells me that they tried calling me. However that is a lie. I have no missed calls or voice mails from their office, even though I have received 5 other calls today. This is all after rushing to get my lab work completed so I could get an appointment before the doctor is out for most of May.
  
  This incident is in addition to arriving at the office on multiple occasions to pick up a prescription only to be told the prescription wasn't ready and would have to come back a different day. Even though their office told me when the prescription would be ready for pick up. Also, don't plan on being taken back to an exam room any time close to your appointment time. Most of the time it is 1 hour or more after your appointment before you leave the waiting room.
  
  Guess it's time to find another doctor.
