  This particular location offers extremely poor customer service. The bank associate was unprofessional and frankly, just rude. She failed to assist my husband and I with our banking needs and proceeded to berate us with the bank’s credit card promotions after we declined numerous times. We are extremely frustrated with the long wait time, poor service, and unsuccessful appointment.

  Terrible service. Employees are not helpful and lines are too long. I have been a customer of bank of America for 17 years and this is one of the worse branches.
