  Procedure itself went well but the customer service staff did not respect people’s time. If u looked like them, even if u came in after, u we’re going to be taken care of. If u looked like me, u sat at the back of the bus.
  Now I know and although I liked the dr himself, the staff, which happens to be a big part of the treatment plan, left much to be desired.

  Five stars to the Doctors, surgical staff and recovery.
  Three stars to the non medical knowledgeable staff especially the ladies in the reception area In the pre-op office and in the consultation and surgery office.
  The receptionist they should all have knowledge of what and why the patient is there read your patients notes it’s all listed.
  All in all it was great and this office is busy but a busy organized knowledgeable office is better.
